What we can’t help with
We’re an educational publisher, not a financial institution or an advisory service. We can’t review your personal finances, tell you whether to take a specific loan or card, check your credit report, or give legal, tax, or immigration advice about your case. For those, please talk to a qualified professional licensed in your area.
Please don’t send us sensitive personal information — Social Security numbers, ITINs, account numbers, or copies of identity documents. We don’t need them and we don’t want them in our inbox.

We usually reply within a few business days. Messages written in Spanish are welcome.
